Justin R. Apple
Justin is a Greensboro native; however, he has called Raleigh "home" for the past decade. Justin earned his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University where he discovered his desire to practice law among other things. Thereafter, he attended Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law where he earned his J.D. cum laude.
Justin's practice is comprised primarily of civil litigation arising from personal injuries, employment issues, business disputes, real property transactions and contractual disputes. He also handles workers' compensation and Veterans disability benefit claims.
Justin represents clients from widely varying backgrounds but particularly enjoys assisting small businesses and the "little guy" with traversing the modern legal landscape in a cost-efficient manner. Notably, Justin is a dedicated advocate for our Nation's Veterans and is admitted to practice before the VA, Board of Veterans Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Justin leads an active lifestyle and can typically be found in a gym, on a golf course, fishing the North Carolina beaches or spending time with his family, friends and dog while away from the practice of law.
