John N. Mcclain, Jr.

After graduation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, John went to law school at the University of Tennessee where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. John earned his Juris Doctorate in 1974 and came back to North Carolina as an associate at Hatch, Little & Bunn, LLP.

John’s practice is primarily focused on Civil Litigation, with an emphasis on the representation of banks and other lending institutions. John is experienced in Family Law and handles Collections for his clients as well.

Licensed to practice in all North Carolina State and Federal courts, John has also been admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. John is a member of both the Wake County Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association.
