Mr. Oliver is originally from Miami, by way of New Jersey. He graduated from Carson Long Military Academy in
Pennsylvania and received his B.A. from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA where he double-majored in History
and Political Science. Mr. Oliver received his J.D. from Widener School of Law in Harrisburg, PA. After law
school Mr. Oliver moved to Raleigh, North Carolina and shortly thereafter opened the Law Offices of James A.
Oliver. Later, the name was changed to Oliver & Delaney, PA. Mr. Oliver's practice is devoted to all aspects
of commercial and residential real property transactions. Mr. Oliver is an attorney with the U.S. Army
Reserves JAG Corps.
